How I Live Now
by Meg Rosoff
Actual rating: 2.5 stars of pure annoyance.
The ending saved this book, otherwise i would've flung my ipad across the room. Daisy was annoying, immature and absolutely boring as a protagonist. The insta-love was horrifying to even witness and Edmond could've not existed and I wouldn't have minded. There were some nice aspects to the story; the relationship between Daisy and Piper, Isaac, the gory details of the war that was going on. Other than that this was not a memorable book, easily forgettable, easily diminishing.
