I really enjoyed the first book, and quite enjoyed the second but the length of this book became unwieldy. I appreciate the connections made in this book (no spoilers here) and enjoy some of the characters but I've realized that - aside from Ruhn - I don't like most of Crescent City characters. Whereas I really like a lot of the ACOTAR characters.
