This is now my least favorite of the series.
This book has more of a mystery feel and less action. It’s also the urban team so mostly characters we haven’t seen before.
This novel has a lot of internal monologue for the main characters plus “angst” about not being a person worthy of having a partner’s love. The same worries were repeated over and over. I prefer low angst characters so this is not one I’ll read again.
I’ll still read the next one though!
