Dreaming in Code: Two Dozen Programmers, Three Years, 4,732 Bugs, and One Quest for Transcendent Software by Scott Rosenberg

pretty good - a bit annoying as it is written for non-software developers so time was taken explaining things that I didn't need explained, but understandable. Some good anecdotes came out of it though, so it was worth the read for all software developers.
