I am in two minds about this one. The writing style was pleasant but some of the attitude was bothering. I think I have a harder time with understanding Korean culture than Japanese for example and that’s what’s troubling me.
Partway, I was annoyed by the main character seeming to imply that it’s good to erase your pains and put a fake smile on your face. But she did grow towards the end and that improved the overall experience.
