While I love Ridley x Nox, I’m not sure I got it in the way that I wanted it. The ending was not very satisfying and is such a far cry from the ending of Beautiful Creatures.
But then again, Ridley’s story is a far cry from Ethan and Lena’s.
Where Ethan sacrificed himself for others, Ridley has sacrificed everyone else for herself.
This could stand to have a final book to tie up loose ends. But I’m fine being left where it is. Ridley isn’t exactly the tying up of loose ends kinda gal.
Loved Necro and Sampson in this one. Happy to see John and Liv again. Hated Floyd in this one. Very much “I’m not like the other girls” type of character.
Dangerous Creatures doesn’t stand as tall as the Beautiful Creatures series, but I was happy to have more of the characters.
