Crossroads (Haven River Ranch Book 1)

This was my first Devney Perry book, and I was not disappointed! This was such a short read, but it packed a punch. I really enjoyed the dual timelines and perspectives in this book. I felt it really added to the development of the plot and the unfolding of the mystery of what happened between West and Indya (MMC/FMC) in the past, as well as the mystery that was unfolding in the present. I loved both West and Indya and I enjoyed seeing details of their story come to light. I wish we got even more though! But... their chemistry was strong, and boy did I feel their yearning and love for each other. I also felt bad for the circumstances surrounding the two of them, everything they had went through and were trying to navigate in the present. I can't wait to see more from Haven River Ranch with Jax's story!
