You Should Be So Lucky by Cat Sebastian

emotional hopeful reflective relaxing

4.25

I love Cat Sebastian's historical romances (or the four I've read of them).
They're emotional, sweet, a little slow, dealing with real issues, but with a big amount of hope.
After reading this one, I've still got no clue how baseball works, but I thoroughly enjoyed the book, including the baseball:)

I must say I was a little frustrated with how many times they almost kissed though, haha🙃 I'm not sure whether this is a complaint or a compliment.

I will also say that both this book and her previous full-length novel (We Could Be So Good) could have done without the last 40 pages or so, when all the major issues have been resolved, and most of the tention is gone. It makes me lose interest a little:(
This has made me abandon romance books at the halfway point before. Luckily, this book was interesting aaaalmost all the way to the end😁

Highly recommend❤️
