If you read book one I hope you’re ready for more – of all the things but especially the spice. *Whistles* After the slow burn and banter from the first book I was ready to see where everything went. Well, where there’s smoke, there’s fire haha.

It’s been a little funny & exasperating to see Fallon try to outrun or change her destiny – especially where Lorcan is concerned. I’m glad to see that she hasn’t lost her stubborn streak. Her penchant for self-sacrifice and jumping in without thinking bites her in the butt enough times you’d think she would learn to be a little more cautious though.

This book does end on a cliffhanger and of course, me being me, I dove right into book three. It has been a while since I’ve truly binged a series, especially one that is 500ish pages for each book. I blew through these & I highly recommend checking them out – especially if you have KU.
