I feel like this book had so much potential to be something truly good. But I felt like I was just reading flashbacks about a flashback of a character to understand why they're all awful people.

I wished the book focused more on the impact of this newer wellness technology. Because the idea was great, it's what got me to want to read the book in the first place. It just wasn't executed in the way I had hoped.

The ending felt pretty flat, too. Like what do you mean all is essentially forgiven and forgotten?
