I didn't know what to expect with this, but I loved it. I wasn't expecting that family thing and was caught off guard. I love a best friends brother, and this was cute. These books make me wish I dated someone in high school, but I stand my ground of not believing in high school relationships. I wished we got more into the girls' friendship, and it wasn't like her best friend got cast out. This was something I would have read when I first started reading, so this brought me back. This was a very developed character book and wasn't just thrown together. I love how they really had personalities and details that applied to the character through the entirety of the book. Sometimes, people just throw characters together, and all of them are the same and basic, but I felt like these characters were well detailed and designed. My favorite scene was her best friend telling him the reasons why she knew she was in love with him and it's so cute!
