The Clockmaker's Daughter
by Kate Morton
Truthfully, I often had no idea what was happening in this novel. The characters didn’t stick with me and I had trouble keeping them straight. I think that was more my fault than Kate Morton’s, though; I’m just having trouble focusing. I need fluff and thrillers for a while; this heavier stuff is over my head.
