After reading the autobiography of this chef recently, I decided to check out this cookbook by her. I see quite a few recipes in it that I'd like to try so I just ordered a used copy of the book. Among the recipes that appeal to me are "Grilled Guacamole", "Grilled Cheese Croutons" to go in soup, "Sweet Corn Risotto", "Grilled Middle Eastern Turkey Meatballs", "Barbados Sweet Potatoes", "Enchilada Pie", "Grapefruit and Cherry Ambrosia with Honey Cream", "Carrot Cake Cookies with Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Icing" and "Caribbean Sweet Potato Pie with Coconut and Rum". Yum! I love reading cookbooks :)
