While being an enjoyable read, it also confused me at the end. Some questions go unanswered
For example, it's never clear if the Thief on the Winged Horse actually exists and who wrote the blackmailing letter to Hedwig. It also doesn't get mentioned again afterwards. Another thing that put me off, was when Persephone was in the professor's office and just slightly mentioned in a sentence that she wasn't pregnant. It feels like the author just put that in so the question was "answered", but she didn't really think of an interesting way to solve it. I generally thought that the pregnancy scare was absolutely unnecessary.
Would recommend this book to people that want to read a book about fighting sexism and fighting for your dreams.
