Into the Pit
by Scott Cawthon, Elley Cooper
Well this was actually creepy. Now I'm a whimp and can get scared easily, especially if I'm already thinking of creepy things. That said, this feels like a mix between goosebumps and fear street. Now I've never read goosebumps, going to rectify that soon, but I LOVE fear street. Having asked friends that have read goosebumps, I feel confident in that compassion. This feels like introductory books for kids that want to dip into horror but not go into a lot of gore and nightmares. It contains three short stories and they're good.
