Ms. Marvel, Vol. 1: No Normal by G. Willow Wilson

4.0

Ms. Marvel is a great story of diversity and coming of age. I love the fact that they made our main character a Pakistani teenage GIRL. The only thing that I didn’t like about the story was the beginning, it started a little strange. The whole beginning with the random fog and then how she got her powers, yeah I thought it was just weird but the story began to pick up quickly after that. I recommend this story to anyone, especially adolescents since they can relate to our main character on a personal level.
