This book seemed a bit off for Grisham and was tough to get into. Lawyer Malcolm Bannister finds himself in a minimum security prison for racketeering charges for working with a crooked client. A federal judge is killed and Bannister claims he knows who did it. He will work with the FBI if they clear his sentence, put him in the witness protection program and perform surgery to change his face. What are his motives and how does he know this info?
