I'll always enjoy a Star Wars book, but this along with the other High Republic novels, all had a lot of characters and maybe followed a similar plot of set-up then something bad happens to the Jedi/Republic... I like all the Jedi introduced, many were very interesting and would have liked more time spent on them...but that ends up not happening for various reasons, one being there are just a lot of characters which, although not super confusing, just gives less time to some. This also sets up more story, so this wasn't really a trilogy in structure, and actually not sure if it was pitched as one! Listened to this on audio—which is always great! And a new fav star wars quote "oh, seven hells of the sith." lol.
