Omegas are meant to be cherished by alphas. That’s the furthest thing from Everleigh’s reality. Betrayed by someone closest to her, and lied to her entire life, she’s thrust into a nightmare she’s forced to live through for two years. But Everleigh has more tenacity and inner strength than one would ever suspect a submissive omega to have, and when she sees a chance to escape , she takes it even if it means temporarily trusting three alphas.
Everleigh is everything you want a FMC to be, especially one who has gone through the abuse she has. She doesn’t make stupid decisions or take unnecessary risks, neither does she just fall into lust with the three alphas immediately upon seeing them. The author did a really good job of handling the trauma and healing process of the FMC.
If ever there were perfect Alphas they would be Rune, Cian and Kylian. They immediately knew Everleigh was meant to be theirs but instead of pushing their agenda, they understood that with her history, they had to set aside their instincts and woo her slowly into trusting them. And boy did they woo! The patience, care, thoughtful gestures and honor they showed Everleigh tugged at my heartstrings.
This book had everything you want in an OV. It was a pager turner from start to finish and I can’t wait to read the next character’s story.
