Foxglove Summer by Ben Aaronovitch

4.0

Really enjoyed this one, which was structured slightly differently than the earlier books - a nice change of pace. Peter Grant is out of London, liaisoning with a Herefordshire investigation into the disappearance of two 11-year-old girls. He's sent there by Nightengale because there is a former wizard in the neighborhood, and Nightengale is making sure: but the Office of Professional Standards is happy to have him out of town while they investigate Peter's former colleague ... and while not much is resolved in that investigation, the girls are found (with a bonus child) and there turns out to be ample justification for Peter's attachment to the investigation. Thoroughly enjoyable.
