So many good things going for this book. Creative story line, inclusivity that feels natural, fun references to our current moment in time ( making you feel as though you could run into Florence at any moment and gab about the woes of love), and of course our hot ghost Ben. Can’t ever forget about Ben. I did feel that we often circled around Florence’s current life moment and journey rather than diving deep into her inner world and life circumstances that lead her to become the woman we meet. There were moments in the book where she would be approaching a potential moment of growth, and yet the scene only went halfway so to speak…. Almost as if Florence didn’t want to let even the reader into her world fully. I wish I could have known more about her past rather than just the highlights. All in all, the book was charming and creative and enjoyable throughout. A like not a love for me, but something I would still recommend to others!
