Minor Detail

I don’t feel like it’s appropriate to give this book a rating due to the extreme truths it holds. The events were told in a cold and detached way, making you dig for what actually happened. It emphasizes the “new normal” that the characters experience, especially in the second half of the book. I almost wish I would’ve read this in a literature class or something, I feel like I missed out on some nuance and metaphor.
