Help Me, I'm Here: Poems to Myself by Anastasia Helena Fenald
4.0
This book of poetry deals with some heavy topics. So although it's less than 200 pages, it took me a little while to read through the whole book. In these poems, Anastasia revisits poems written as a teenager, and then writes poem in response from her adult self to Little Me. I really liked this set up and you can definitely see how Anastasia has healed throughout her life.
I had a lot stick out to me in this book, but these are some of my favs.
