Reading in 2025, this book is fairly dated. Furthermore, it’s filled with fluff. However, it’s already relatively short (meaning if you really cut out the “entertaining” stories, this book should take 2 hrs max), and has some really solid mental frameworks for putting one foot in front of the other while staying on the right path. A lot of business books reek of “sigma grindset” these days, but this one does a great job of providing context of what “greatness” really is on a fundamental level.
