This starts off pretty good, and with an interesting premise, and then it derails, and derails further and faster the longer you read. There's missing words. There's timeline errors. Then we get to the point where we start contradicting things in the very next paragraph. And then there's all the events that just come out of nowhere and make no sense. And the things we're just told, not shown, and given no evidence for. It's just a disjointed wreck.

I actually hope this was not edited because the idea of someone being that bad at their job is genuinely distessing.
