2.5 rounded up. Super quick listen, especially if your brain needs 1.5x speed. I appreciate how it quickly got to the point, even during the first part, where it is a story about a CEO creating a functional team in a failing tech start-up. The last part is the actual advice given to you plainly if the context of the story was lost on the reader. I think it has some decent ideas and if applied, it could assist with cohesion.
