Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir

This book was fun. I found the second main character so endearing, and the resolution of those storylines was particularly satisfying. I love the fantasy genre more than anything -- and this has elements of it while still being sciency enough where it matters. The story is solid and all plot lines wrap nicely. So well, in fact, it is taking all my effort not to spoil a thing. (:

If you have misgivings about this title because the boundaries of what is believable and keeps you immersed might be stretched, remind yourself that it is science -fiction.- You are allowed to have fun without something being wholly your version of perfect. Nobody has to know that you read something with a touch of nonsense. Just read for the sake of reading a fun story. It's a relatively simple premise and the character I mentioned above will absolutely make this one worth your time. Cheers for another great work from this author!
