The Fairy Bargains of Prospect Hill
by Rowenna Miller
For the majority of the book it’s a bit slow paced, but towards the end at about the 60% mark it was hard to put down because I wanted to know what would happen next. It’s a quite beautiful story about sisters and mothers and being careful what you wish for. It’s set in a realistic world with the Fae world being another realm which was interesting, reminded me a bit of The Cruel Prince’s setting. The first and second half did feel like different books but I sort of understand why the ending had to be set up. Overall, I enjoyed it even though the majority was a bit slow paced.
Moderate: Domestic abuse, Physical abuse
