summary: tilly is a bookwanderer, she can travel inside books and converse with characters. but the fairy tales have started going wonky, twisting, mixing up, or outright disappearing. book magic is leaking. and the underlibrary has elected a new librarian who wants to lock up all the books and have everyone tracked so no one can bookwander without permission. the adults dont seem to be doing anything so its up to tilly and oskar to figure out whats going on.
