Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants by Robin Wall Kimmerer

informative inspiring reflective slow-paced
The book was much different than I expected it to be. I knew that the book would be filled with Indigenous Wisdom but never have I expected it to be in the way of stories, which, especially after reading the book, it makes sense. Sometimes I didn't always understand the meaning behind the stories at first, or the fact that it would take a very long time for me to read a chapter because I have a harder time focusing on nonfiction, the book was very informative and showed a different side of nature that I think I would be unable to understand without this book and the wisdom that came from it.
