I know I first read this book when I was 12 but I am counting this as my second book of the year. Re-reading this as a 23 year old was a heartwarming and heartwrenching experience. Every single emotion conveyed through this book is just as visceral as it was when I was 12. Somehow I felt each one more. I will never not love this book and this series. It reminds me of younger self and all the joys of picking up my first real book.
