Spicy dark romance, and a lot of fun, but mind the content warnings because some of it might be too much. The writing is just ok but the characters are fun enough that it's still a good, smutty read. The important thing to keep in mind, I think, is that Aly is a willing, enthusiastic participant.
I do personally find some of Josh's actions to be over the top and controlling beyond the scope of consent, but it may read differently to someone else.
