good for her! loved her reasoning! i think the timing of the reveal was great as well. however, the book lacked emotion; the characters felt a bit two-dimensional and i couldn't get into it - not the violence, not the story (was there much of a story at all?). 

maybe the girlies who love more gruesome novels would love this one, just wasn't my cup of tea.
