The Housemaid by Freida McFadden

Holy shit. It's 5am.
I just couldn't stop. I knew as soon as I heard "part two" and whose POV it was that I was not gonna get an ounce of sleep until the whole thing finished.
And finish it did. I rarely am satisfied with how a book not only ends but develops, and I kept expecting the author to screw it up (because it's a very easy to screw up kind of book) and instead every single narrative choice is the one I wanted to happen. Millie's character development, how she handles the shit, how Nina handles her shit, how the plot resolves itself, how the very very ending makes Millie's character so much more for the future to explore.
I am being vague because I don't want to spoil the magnificent experience that was reading this book with no idea where it was going. It's horribly delightful and a masterpiece in its genre.
Wow.
