Situationship

We follow Teagan, a recently divorced woman with 4-year-old twins and an overeager puppy named Garbage disposal as they relocate to the Beach House left to her by her Nonna. When she arrives Teagan's younger, estranged sister Harley is camping out there as she seeks refuge from her adult responsibilities. The sisters were separated rather young after their parent's divorce and only saw each other once a year growing up, Teagan got to stay with her mother and Nonna in a stable and secure home, while Harley traveled the world living on tour buses with her dad "the groupie".
Teagan is trying to figure out her life as a single parent, reopen her family's bakery legacy and deal with her irresponsible sister.
Harley is trying to prove to Teagan that she is not a screw-up, yearns to mend their relationship, and is figuring out what her own heart wants.
Colin, the dreamy Veterinary Dr who happens to be Teagan's first love - now resides permanently next door to HER Beach House. He was heartbroken the way they left things and he is now both intrigued by Teagan and terrified.
This story was overall very sweet and I loved the wit throughout the pages.
I loved following the sister's storyline
I loved Garbage disposal
and, I loved the idea of Colin and Teagan
Some parts of the book did fall a little flat for me though, and at times I felt like I was missing chapters. The ending also felt a bit rushed for me.
If you are looking for a light, funny, second chance romance with a strong family storyline throughout - this is def the book for you.
