Nemesis Games by James S.A. Corey

4.0

Nemesis Games takes a different approach to telling this series.
While the rest of the books thus far have involved Holden and his crew generally being together on his ship through their various tribulations, this book splinters the group and send them all on their own paths, until eventually bringing them back together again.
It makes for a compelling story. Holden, Naomi, Alex, and Amos each have their own sub plot, each of which I found interesting in their own ways.
But ultimately, this entry is all about Naomi. Her back story, her tragedies, her life before joining Holden's crew, are all highlighted in this book. They play a major part in what is going on.
The epilogue, while strange to follow because it involved unknown new characters, it ended with a bang and leaves me wanting to read the next.
