When I walked into this book, I had very little clue of what to expect except that it was extremely popular for being the Barnes & Nobles book of the year in 2019. I stumbled once more upon it within my library's list of graphic novels, and I decided to give it a shot. I was overwhelmed by the stunning simplistic beauty of the art and the cute, simple, sweet, and realistic life lessons the book had to offer. It truly captured the beauty of life and friendship, highlighting how even the negative moments and hardships of life can be turned into a lesson.
