After falling in love with ACOTAR, I knew I would read this series one day. It took me a while to commit, considering how long it is, but I am so glad I finally started and opened Throne of Glass.

I can sense that I am going to be absolutely lost in this series for the unforeseeable future. A perfect introductory book to a series. I already feel so connected with the characters, and this book has only scratched the surface of their identities and background.

The slow-burn, banter, emotional development of Celaena, world building, political intrigue, and the variety of characters, are just barely touching the surface of things that I loved about this book. There were times I audibly laughed, gasped, or gaped like a crazy person, as if I truly was there in person.

I will be rushing to any store to get book 2 as soon as I wake up tomorrow morning.
