Love it. Love the slow burn. Loved how Adam respected every single boundary Olive gave. I loved the demisexual representation, though I wish the word had been said and not just the explanation. I love how… I love the whole book.

My only “complaint” is not a real complaint. Choosing to read only own voices books can be rough. For queer books, this means authors would have to be open and out. It’s not anyones place to ask someone to be public about anything. And also at the same time, I really wanna know. It just seems so absurd that the main character in the book is demisexual and so well represented, it makes me hope there are others like me. And yet, it’s not my place to ask.
