Japanese Tales of Mystery & Imagination by Edogawa Rampo

4.0

I must say this was a marvellous collection in my opinion. I loved almost every single story but especially The Human Chair, The Cliff and The Traveler With The Pasted Rag Picture. I am a little disheartened by the representation of disability and the flatness of the female characters (dare I say Rampo writes women like he has never been near one) but you cannot win them all. An overall enjoyable read.
