Such a great continuation of the Will Trent series! I loved the addition of Detective Faith Mitchell and am so excited to see more of her in the following books.
In true Karin Slaughter fashion, this book is bloody and descriptive, so please keep that in mind as you pick this up. Thought I will say it was more tame in terms of descriptiveness (still descriptive, though).
The subject matter of this one is also tough to swallow, but the story was done so well. I am happy with how the investigation played out. I truly was not expecting whodunit in this one!
If you still haven't started this series, what are you waiting for?! It's some of Slaughter's best work. Highly recommend for my thriller/mystery/police procedural lovers!
