It All Began with Jane Eyre: Or, the Secret Life of Franny Dillman by Sheila Greenwald

4.0

Utterly bizarre book by Sheila Greenwald, whose The Mariah Delany Lending Library Disaster was one of my favorites when I was a girl. Franny has a too active imagination. Sort of like Harriet the Spy, if Harriet's observations included birth control and abortion. Wow.
