Maverick is dedicated to the game, does not date and is focused on football. He doesn't have time for relationships. He is truly a good guy. He thinks this whole PR stunt is going to set him up with a snotty, spoiled pop princess and that is very far from the truth.
Bella is shy and afraid to speak her mind. She has not experienced much because of this. This is the perfect balance for these two.
This was a cute, quick and SPICY READ! Had Swiftie vibes, if that is your jam and provided a solid story line. I ate this up and jumped in right to the next book because of it!
