The Idiot by Fyodor Dostoevsky
5.0

The absolute brilliance of Dostoyevsky's mind expressed in this book only occured to me after some time. The themes present in this novel, hidden everywhere, deep metaphors, as well as timeless struggles, may be difficult to grasp at times, yet I found them exciting and interesting. I believe the main character, Leon Myshkin, should by all means be compared to his evil cousin, Rodion Raskolnikov. The psychological portraits present here have no match in my heart.
