The Caves of Steel by Isaac Asimov

A very enjoyable book. It does show its age (not necessarily a bad thing for me, I love old science fiction books) and the characters are rather one dimensional and stereotypical (the main female character in particular), yet the storyline is both strong enough and thought-provoking enough to get past this.
