I would suggest reading a physical copy as the audiobook was too quick a medium to absorb the message of this book. I’ll be buying a used copy so that I can really put the suggestions into practice (although I do wish more concrete suggestions would have been addressed at the end of each chapter for clarity). Overall though, this book is an important one!
