WOW! I was not expecting to cry so much!!! The ending was so perfectly done. I will forever love will and Jem so much. 

I love that we got given some deeper storylines for some characters

such as Sophie's ascension and Cecily settling into life as a Shadowhunter. I loved the little chat with Jessamine! And the explanation for the star mark passed down the Herondale bloodline!!

I really wasn't expecting the Mortmain storyline to end like that!! Was totally unpredictable and

I love that it was Tessa's power that was his undoing.

I really grew to love Charlotte and Henry. I loved that

they get given higher positions at the end of the book and that Charlotte finally got the recognition that she deserved as well as Magnus helping Henry invent the portal that saves everyone

 

Although the ending literally ripped me to shreds!!

I am glad to see Jem and Tessa back together. I really felt like I grieved Will's death with Tessa at the end :( It must be incredibly difficult being immortal.
