This started off with such creepy vibes. You've got clear tension between a husband and wife heading to a remote cabin — in the dead of winter, no less — which immediately sets the stage for something ominous. They've both hinted that someone’s definitely not making it out alive. But as the story unfolds, it starts to drag; we end up circling the same emotional beats without much progression. Then, just when it’s almost too late, we’re hit with two major revelations.
So, 3.5 stars for me.
