While I loved this book it was a bit of a let down. I don't know if it was because I hyped it up so much in my head or what but it just seemed to fall flat in places. The Fendyr heir line just seems like a waste now (unless Ithan gets his own book) Danika being a major part of the first 2 books and barely being mentioned in this one. I was convinced somehow she'd come back, especially with Baxian now a part of their group.

While I do think enough time was spent in Prythian, I don't like how it was spent. For me I thought Nesta and Azriel (maybe Cassian but I'm a huge Cassian stan) would come to Midgard with her, especially since it was Nesta who killed Vesperus not Bryce.

Overall I did enjoy the book, it just felt rushed and like there are some loose threads and timelines that don't add up which just bugged me
