I was lucky enough to be part of the arc team for this book (thank you thank you thank you chiara forestieri for giving me this opportunity)
The speed in which I read this really shows how much I loved the book. I started reading last night, thought about it all day and then finished the rest of it in one go.
Let’s start with Gideon, he’s definitely going on the list of best book boyfriends (and husbands)🫶🏻 the way he did not bat an eye about winnow having horns and a tail or all the other magic stuff. He just accepted and loved her the way she was and really did not give a fuck about anything else.
And sweet adorable naive winnow. This girl really wanted to help everybody, ended up in a whole different realm, found her soulbound and ended up being so happy to help Gideon in the house but also at the farm.
Also trigger immediately loving winnow and wanting to be around her all the time, we really dont deserve dogs🥹🫶🏻
